This is the Home Page of Our Girls Concussion in Youth Sports Awareness, Education, Advocacy, and Prevention Program! Tracy Yatsko heads up this first ever program aimed at reaching young lady athletes on the issues of concussion and brain injury. No one is better suited to head up this ground breaking program as Tracy suffered a severe brain injury while playing high school basketball. She lives with the damage caused by that injury daily and is a tireless champion.
Tracy Yatsko has been featured on the CDC Heads Up For Concussion Videos and has been a public speaker and lobbyist at many events
It is with great pride that BrainChampions.org welcomes Tracy as the Director of the Atalanta’s Pride program.
Initially researched and created by our Director Dirk Knudsen the program was brought to fruition with Tracy providing input and her thoughts through collaboration.
This program promises to save lives and improve the lives of young women everywhere.
